About Diana
Diana Kullander was born in Manhattan New York. She always had a great interest in the Arts.During her high school years,she studied ,art & design ,and drawing.She later continued her Art Education in a credited Art school in Manhattan,N.Y. studying fine arts,& design. She further continued her Art Education at a second school in Manhattan and completed a 2 year certificate program in Art and design ,fine arts and graphic design. She moved to Miami in the 1972 ,and worked for a wallpaper co. Designing art pattern design for their showroom and catalog. She was later commissioned by a law firm,through an employee to paint a mural in their office in Coral Gables. She also made hand lettering court carts,for their cases.In 1981 she moved to Sweden for 8 years ,and was still working as a performing dancer and Instructor .In 1990 returned to U.S and attended a 2 year art& design program at Mcfatter Vocational school in Davie ,FL .Recently she joined in 2022 the Art program at Michael An Russell JCC in Miami with Gustavo Scarrone ,doing painting and mix media. Recently in Feb 2024 she was part of an art exhibition at ArtServe in Fort Lauderdale,FL. She wants to continue to explore& develops her art.

My art inspiration comes from a love & connection to nature.Its roots that travel,curves and textures and connect in harmony. I love to explore my art,using different materials, paint,paper,glue,coffee grains,paste,dry tree bark to express the realness,emotions,and the energy of nature. To reach the public,to feel what my art work conveys.We are truly connected to Mother Earth in all its beauty .We find our true nature and art is an expression of that
